We come to you our arrange to get the health check done at your convenience and upload the details of our assessment through Discovery Vitality Page.

Who Pays for the tests?
If you are a member of Discovery Health, iScript.health will claim the cost of assessment from the Screening Benefit. This is different from your medical savings which is not affected.

The Vitality Health Check is a set of essential health screenings that assess your risk in five key areas: body mass index (BMI), blood pressure, blood glucose, cholesterol, and smoking status.
Completing this check helps you understand your health better and earn Vitality points, which can lead to various rewards like discounts on healthy foods, gym memberships, and more

Where can I have the Vitality Health Check?
You can complete a Vitality Health Check at several locations, including Clicks, Dis-Chem, independent pharmacies within the Vitality Wellness Network, Discovery Wellness Centres, and even at home in certain areas through the VHC at Home service.
iScript.health is a GP practice within the Vitality Wellness Network that partners with Fitness Providers such as BioKineticists and Gyms to offer this service.

How do I Earn Points with Vitality Health Check?
You can earn up to 22,500 Vitality points depending on how many of your health check results fall within the healthy range. Points are awarded for each measure (e.g., blood pressure, cholesterol) that is within the recommended range.
Additionally, completing your Vitality Age assessment and mental wellbeing assessments can contribute to your total points.

How long does it take for Vitality Health Points to Reflect?
Typically, it takes about 7 days for your points to reflect after completing a Vitality Health Check at a recognized facility. If you participate in a Discovery Wellness Day, it may take up to 4 weeks for the points to reflect.
If you complete the check at a non-network facility, you need to submit your results to Discovery, which may take up to 48 hours to process.

A Vitality Fitness Assessment measures your cardiovascular fitness (via a VO2 Max test on a watt bike or treadmill) and assesses your strength and flexibility.

What is a Virtual Vitality Health Checkin?
The Virtual Vitality Health Check-in is an online or telephonic consultation with a wellness specialist. It is designed to manage existing health risks, identify new ones, and provide personalized advice to improve your health.
You can earn 2,500 Vitality points once per year for completing this check-in
